Redsack Refund Policy


Refund and Cancellation Guidelines


At Redsack, we understand that flexibility is important. You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To ensure fairness for all customers, If you decide to cancel your order more than 24 hours after the purchase but before it has been dispatched, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. For dispatched or delivered items, we apply a 30% restocking fee for returns made within the 14-day window. Please note that no refunds will be issued after this period.


Defective Products

Quality is paramount at Redsack. We ensure all our products undergo thorough quality checks before they're sent out. However, if your product is defective upon arrival, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours for prompt assistance. Our exchange policy under these circumstances is as follows:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unmodified state and should be undamaged.
  • In cases where the packaging is damaged during transit, we are committed to offering a free replacement, with the customer being responsible for the return shipping.
  • Our team is dedicated to handling each case on an individual basis, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.


Additional Refund Information

For defective products, the restocking fee is waived. Depending on your location, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for returns. Our goal is to maintain a straightforward and fair refund process. For any concerns or questions regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds and make the final decisions on this policy, particularly in cases where fraud is suspected.
