Redsack’s Guide to Making a Return

We hope you love your purchase from Redsack, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return an item, we've simplified the process for you.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Check the Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure you start the process within this period.

2. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via the contact form on our website, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your return request. If your return meets our policy conditions, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

4. Prepare the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging and make sure it's in the same condition as when you received it. Any items returned must be unmodified, undamaged, and in their original state.

5. Ship It Back: Send the item back to us using the shipping method as instructed by our customer service. Depending on your location, we may provide a shipping label for you.

6. Restocking Fee: Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies for orders canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch. A 30% restocking fee applies for items that are returned within the 14-day window after delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you're returning is defective or was damaged during shipping, the restocking fee is waived. In these cases, please follow the same steps and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage when you contact customer service.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund accordingly. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow for the necessary time for inspection and processing.
