If Your Package Is Lost


If you suspect your package is lost:

  1. Check your tracking information. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.
  2. Look around your delivery area; carriers sometimes place packages in safe spots.
  3. Check with neighbors or others in your residence that may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details at hand. We'll investigate the matter and provide a resolution as swiftly as possible.


If Your Package Arrives Damaged


For packages that arrive damaged:


  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Time is of the essence to resolve shipping issues.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in our investigation.
  3. Keep all original packaging and items exactly as they arrived. This is necessary for any claims process.

For either scenario, we're committed to resolving your issue. We'll work with the shipping carriers to find lost packages or, in the case of damage, we'll assess the situation and offer solutions which may include a replacement or a return following our Refund Policy guidelines.


Exchanges and Refunds


If your product arrives damaged, and you've followed the steps above, you'll be eligible for an exchange without any restocking fees. In cases where a replacement isn't feasible, we'll initiate a refund process.
