International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in several countries and islands worldwide. We ship to the following destinations:

• Canada: 7-15 days
• United Kingdom: 7-15 days
• Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 days
• All EU countries: 7-15 days

Please note that we need 1-3 days for processing and handling your order (weekends/holidays not included).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. We guarantee that you will receive your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email. If not, please provide your name and order number so we can assist you promptly. 

Please note that this guarantee excludes pre-sale or special sale events, which will be specified accordingly on our website and through our communication channels.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please be advised that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Additional Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in China. Processing times are up to 3 days, and standard shipping is 7-15 business days. However, customers should expect an average transit time of 7-10 business days, including customs clearance.

While we strive to expedite all orders, delays due to customs are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in the event of such delays.
